This Privacy Policy explains how SR Analytics, a service operated by Softrock Digital LLP ("SR Analytics," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information in connection with our Amazon selling partner analytics and reporting application (the "Service"). By authorizing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Who we are
SR Analytics is a reporting and analytics service for Amazon sellers and vendors, operated by Softrock Digital LLP (an LLP registered in India). We connect to a selling partner's Amazon account, with their authorization, through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) to retrieve and present their business data. SR Analytics is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
2. Information we collect
With the explicit authorization of a selling partner, we access and process Amazon business data made available through the Amazon Selling Partner API, which may include:
- Order and sales data (e.g., order quantities, sales amounts, dates)
- Inventory data (e.g., stock levels and movement)
- Financial data (e.g., fees, refunds, and settlement information)
- Product, listing, and catalog information
- Account and marketplace identifiers needed to associate data with the correct selling partner
We also collect basic account information you provide directly, such as your name and email address, in order to create and support your account.
3. Information we do not collect
We do not request, collect, or store buyer personally identifiable information (PII), such as buyer names, shipping addresses, or contact details. Our Service is designed to operate using aggregated and business-level data only.
4. How we use information
We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve the Service, including to:
- Generate dashboards, reports, and analytics for the authorizing selling partner
- Operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Service
- Communicate with you about your account and support requests
We do not sell selling partner data, and we do not use it for advertising or any purpose unrelated to providing the Service to the selling partner who authorized us.
5. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal or business data. We may share information only:
- With service providers (such as cloud hosting and database providers) that process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of SR Analytics, our users, or the public
6. Data retention
We retain selling partner data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by applicable law. When a selling partner revokes authorization or requests deletion, we delete or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
7. Data security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we process. These include encryption of data in transit, restricted and authenticated access to systems, and the principle of least privilege for internal access. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we work to protect your information in accordance with applicable data protection requirements, including the Amazon Selling Partner API Data Protection Policy.
8. Your choices and control
Selling partners control our access to their Amazon data. You may revoke SR Analytics' authorization at any time through your Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account, after which we will stop accessing new data. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
9. International data transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where required, we take steps to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means.
