Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SR Analytics reporting and analytics service (the "Service"). SR Analytics is operated by Softrock Digital LLP ("SR Analytics," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, or by authorizing the Service to access your Amazon account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SR Analytics provides reporting and analytics tools for Amazon Sellers and Vendors. With your authorization, the Service connects to your Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) to retrieve your business data and present it to you as dashboards and reports. SR Analytics is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the Amazon selling-partner account you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Authorization and your data

The Service accesses your Amazon data only after you explicitly authorize it through Amazon's authorization flow, and only to the extent required to provide the Service. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account, after which we will stop accessing new data. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

4. Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed on a per-connected-account, monthly basis at the rates shown on our website, unless otherwise agreed in a written quote for custom or agency plans. The same per-account rate applies to Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any applicable law or any agreement you have with Amazon, including the Amazon Selling Partner API terms and Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Softrock Digital LLP and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights to your own business data.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports will be free of inaccuracies, including those arising from data provided by Amazon's APIs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softrock Digital LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and revoke authorization at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to comply with Amazon's policies or applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
